Brittnee Preston
Brittnee Preston is the President of The Preston Group and has over a decade of experience working at both the state and federal level.
Brittnee started her career in the Oklahoma State Senate working on the President Pro-Tempore’s legislative team. After state service, Brittnee moved to the Washington D.C. area to work on Capitol Hill in various legislative roles ending her time there as a Legislative Director and Deputy Chief of Staff for an Oklahoma member.
Most recently, Brittnee worked as the Director of Federal and Congressional Affairs for three Oklahoma state agencies, actively communicating the priorities of the agencies to the Oklahoma Delegation and committees of jurisdiction on Capitol Hill.
Gwendolyn Caldwell
Gwendolyn is the President of Caldwell and Associates and has over a fifteen years of experience at the state capitol.
Prior to her current position, she led the government affairs division for both the State Chamber of Oklahoma and the Tulsa Regional Chamber - managing a team of five lobbyists.
Caldwell has had the opportunity to work on several state senate campaigns, which has helped her build unique relationships with caucus members. She also served as the legislative director for the Oklahoma State Senate, which entailed direct hands-on work not only shepherding legislation through the capitol but also ensuring the vote count on agenda bills.
